Delete Account
Delete your PetPlaybook Account
You can delete your PetPlaybook account and its data at any time. There are two ways.
In the app (immediate, self-serve) Open the app and go to Me >Account > Delete Account. Two options are available:
- Delete with recovery. Your account closes immediately: access ends and any caregiver links you created stop working. Your data is kept in a recoverable state for thirty days in caseyou change your mind. Thirty days after deletion it is permanently erased.
- Permanently Delete Account. The same data is erased right away and cannot be recovered.

What may be retained: information we are required to keep for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Request received. We'll process your deletion and confirm at the email you provided.
